Coordination Service Options
Pick Me! owners/designers Kara Delay and Rami Carter work one-on-one with individual clients from engagement to “Mrs.” We work on a flat-rate basis and never accept kickbacks or percentages from other vendors. This allows us to constantly seek the correct vendors for each individual client. Each consultation is designed to point you in the right direction, prevent expensive mistakes and save you time. Most importantly, assistance in planning the biggest event in your life allows you and your fiancé to enjoy your day stress free!
Floral Design
Each client will work one-on-one with a Pick Me! designer to create a floral theme working with specific flowers and/or colors within a predetermined budget. Designers will offer additional advice of seasonal floral options and assist with budgeting.
Full Event Design
Clients will work one on one with a designer to create an individual event theme. Designer will assist client in floral choices and design ideas, as well as the creation of a budget. Additionally, designers will offer options from linens to lighting to create a themed event as individual as you are.
Meetings
All meetings are held at the Pick Me! office in Fraser, Colorado. Kara and Rami are happy to meet brides at wedding or ceremony locations, Denver, Boulder or the Front Range for a nominal mileage and travel time fee.
Calla Lily Coordination Package (Complete Planning)
$3,800
This package includes unlimited planning hours, phone and email support. Your coordinator will be available for up to 10 1-hour strategy and planning meetings. Included in this package:
- Initial meeting: discuss location, established priorities for your wedding, style, budget and overall feel
- Site visits
- Budget creation and management
- Timeline creation and management
- Vendor recommendations for your budget and style
- Arrange and attend vendor meetings
- Checklists
- Contract reviews
- Day of event timeline and distribution to vendors
- Attention to all details
- Coordination and overseeing of wedding rehearsal

- Answering of all general wedding questions
- Advice and research in creation of an individual wedding theme
- Assistance with out-of-town lodging

Dahlia Coordination Package (Assisted Planning)

For brides needing guidance in the planning process, Pick Me will provide vendor recommendations, budget creation and adjustments, timeline creation and management. Package includes unlimited email support and up to 5 1-hour meetings. Included in this package:
- 20 hours of planning in:
- Budget creation and management
- Timeline creation and management
- Vendor recommendations
- Contract reviews
- Creation of a wedding day timeline and distribution to all vendors
- Attention to detail
- Coordination of rehearsal
- Etiquette advice and general planning

Rose Coordination Package (Day of Event)

For the bride who has planned the perfect day, Pick Me! will make sure your vision becomes a reality so you, your family and your friends can enjoy every part of it! Included in this package:
- Unlimited email and phone support 30 days prior to the event
- Vendor referrals
- Wedding day timeline creation and management
- Floor plan diagrams / seating chart assistance
- Phone and email confirmation with all vendors
- Rehearsal attendance and coordination
- Orchestrate set-up and choreography of ceremony
- 10 hour day-of assistance and coordination
- The Emergency Kit
*Assistant will be needed (at additional $200) if any of the following are to occur:
- — Ceremony / reception are in different locations
- — More than 10 attendants (5 on each side)
- — Transportation (guest trolleys and / or charter busses
- — Attendance of over 200 guests
