Kara Delay came to Colorado to ski five years ago and never left. Before moving to Winter Park, Kara lived in Chicago, where she worked in theatrical management and as a special events coordinator for Price Waterhouse.

Rami Carter, a Dallas native, began her career in event design in 1992. She moved to Colorado in 2000 and owned and operated her own restaurant. She made Grand County her home in 2002 and has been an events planner and floral designer ever since.

Together, Rami and Kara have twenty-three years of experience in hospitality management and event design. They also share an overall love for our beautiful Rocky Mountains.
